Terms & Conditions for Weddings, Formals & Special Occasions (subject to change without notice)    

Hire Car Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts the terms and conditions and payment of the booking fee signifies such acceptance.

Hire Car Bookings are not "confirmed" until the due booking fee has been paid.

Booking Fee
A 50% booking fee is required with all bookings and is non-refundable

Balance
Balance to be finalised by 10 weeks prior to the booking date to guarantee availability.

Payment may be made by: direct deposit or credit card

Direct deposit details: Visa / MasterCard  3% admin fee. Amex/Diners: 5% admin fee

3 days’ clearance is required for direct deposit

Additional time: 
10 minutes in excess of agreed hire time - no charge

Thereafter 15-minute units at a rate of $60 per 1/4 hour (or part thereof) per hire car

Additional time will be deducted from the credit card as provided by the person making the booking or Invoiced to the Event organizer who has made the booking

Restrictions:
No smoking or consumption of food or drinks in hire vehicles.

Cancellation: 
Cancellation incurs loss of booking fee. Cancellation less than 10 weeks’ notice, full payment required. All cancellations are to be in writing.

Liability:
Liability claims are limited to the total monies paid by the client.

All hire vehicles are regularly and thoroughly maintained. However, should the requested vehicle(s) be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control or any other cause whatsoever, a replacement vehicle(s) as close as possible to the booked vehicle(s) will be dispatched depending on timing etc. No liability will be accepted by us for any consequential loss.

Location Access:
No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to hire vehicle access at any location.

Children:
Children under the age of 7yrs are not permitted to travel in classic vehicles

Passenger Responsibility:
The client is responsible for all passengers, should the client or passengers cause excessive delays, be disorderly or, in the chauffeur’s judgment be unfit to travel the chauffeur may terminate the car hire booking.

Damage To Vehicles:
All damage to the hire vehicle will be charged to the client’s credit card or invoiced to the event organizer for time out of service and damage caused whatsoever.

Time Delays, Theft, Damage:
It is the hirer's responsibility to coordinate the time of arrival and departure. We endeavour to meet all deadlines and accept NO responsibility for any delays however caused, theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicle. Any passenger leaving possessions or items in the vehicle does so at their own risk.
It is noted that Chauffeurs are Male & Female 
We want you to enjoy your wedding day or special event and will do our best to make it all happen for you.
Our car hire service policy is to do whatever we can to ensure your wedding day, or special event, is as wonderful as you are hoping for and exceeds your expectations. 

Changes to the original booking are now charged after 3 changes @ $35 administration per additional change
